We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spinforge purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for one-time purchases of our Chrome Extensions.
1. Our Commitment
All Spinforge Extensions are available for free trial or inspection via the Chrome Web Store before purchase. We encourage you to review the Extension description, screenshots, and free functionality before committing to a paid purchase.
If, after purchasing, you find that the product does not work as described or does not meet your needs, we will gladly issue a refund under the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You contact our support team at mstdavidd@gmail.com and include your order confirmation or receipt.
- You have made a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue with our support team prior to requesting a refund (e.g., reported a bug or compatibility issue and allowed reasonable time for a response).
3. Situations That Qualify for a Refund
- The Extension does not function as described on the product page and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
- A technical incompatibility with your browser or system that our team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental duplicate purchase — please contact us immediately and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorised purchase — if you did not make the purchase yourself, contact us and your payment processor immediately.
4. Situations That Do NOT Qualify for a Refund
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Change of mind after extensive use of the Extension (more than 7 days of normal use or more than 20 export operations performed).
- Incompatibility caused by unsupported browser versions, browser extensions that conflict with ours, or modifications to your browser environment.
- Issues caused by changes made by the underlying AI platform (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude interface updates). We always work to restore compatibility promptly; short-term disruptions of less than 14 days do not qualify for a refund.
- Requests where fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. One-Time Purchase — No Subscription
Spinforge Extensions are sold as one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges. You will never be billed again for the same product after your initial purchase unless you purchase a separate upgrade or additional product.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email mstdavidd@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order confirmation or receipt from the payment processor.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment processor. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team deprives us of the opportunity to resolve the issue and may result in suspension of your license. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation of the purchase and license issuance.
