2. License & Usage
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our extensions on browsers you personally control.
This license does not permit you to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extensions to any third party
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the extensions as part of a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Violate Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies or applicable law
Free extensions are licensed under the same terms, effective upon installation.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our extensions — including code, design, branding, and documentation — remain our exclusive property. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
Content you export from third-party AI platforms belongs to you and is subject to those platforms' own terms. We make no claim to any exported content.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Our extensions are sold as one-time purchases — pay once, use forever. There are no recurring charges unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed by Gumroad. We never store your payment card details. Your license is tied to the email address used at purchase. To transfer a license to a different email, contact us at mstdavidd@gmail.com.
5. Refund Policy — 14-Day Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any genuine reason, email us at mstdavidd@gmail.com with your order receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued when:
- The extension does not function as described
- There is a technical incompatibility our support team cannot resolve
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
Refunds are not issued when:
- The request comes more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- The extension has been substantially used and the request appears to be abuse
- Incompatibility is caused by unsupported browser modifications
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we always prefer to resolve issues directly.
6. Privacy
We emphasize data minimization and do not store your AI conversation history. Our extensions process conversation content locally in your browser only — it is never transmitted to our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our extensions are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI platforms occasionally change their interfaces in ways that may temporarily affect extension functionality — we work quickly to restore compatibility when this happens.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our extensions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our extensions to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Automate or scrape third-party AI platforms in ways that violate those platforms' terms of service
- Introduce malware or harmful code into any system
- Misrepresent the origin of AI-generated content
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will post a notice on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
